- Only the Admin/Management creates login credentials and provides them to employees.
- Employees are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and using them only for authorized purposes.

- Employee Information: Name, employee ID, designation, contact number, and other details provided by the Admin.
- Work-Related Data: Attendance records, schedules, clock-in/clock-out times, expenses, and work-related activity details.

We use the collected information to:
- Manage employee records and work schedules.
- Track attendance, expenses, and service performance.
- Verify appointments, client visits, and work-related tasks.
- Communicate with employees regarding work updates and schedules.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data with:
- Authorized Admins/Managers: For employee management purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as you are employed or as necessary for business and legal purposes. Once no longer required, your data will be securely deleted.

This App is intended for employees of the Spa only and is not directed to children under 18.
